Omelet with cheese


Egg 4 pcs
120 g grated cheese
flour 1 tablespoon
2 tbsp. l. milk
20 g butter
Article 0.5. l. chopped parsley
ketchup sauce
Beat eggs with cheese, flour and milk, salt. Melt butter in a frying pan. Omelet fry on both sides. Sprinkle with herbs and serve hot with tomato sauce ketchup.
