Omelet-Catalan: very interesting recipe!
Try to cook this omelet — and it will become Your signature dish!
● 3 eggs
● 2 tbsp milk
● ham, cheese, tomatoes (or any other ingredients)
● salt, pepper
● butter
Eggs with milk, whisk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Chop the ingredients for the filling.
In a pan melt a knob of butter, pour 2/3 omletes mass. Add the stuffing.
Once the omelet is slightly brown on one side, pressing lightly, begin to fold into a tube to the middle.
Then move the rolled omelette to the center of the pan, pour the remaining mass and to bring to readiness (to a consistency that you can continue to fold an omelet).Thus you get a flat omelet!
The finished omelet cut into pieces. The omelette is delicious both hot and cold.
