200 ml. warm milk
30 oz. butter
1 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tsp. Sugar
0.5 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dried yeast with a slide
2-2.5 cups of flour
In the warm milk dissolve yeast and sugar until set aside.
Melt the butter, mix with oil, salt and egg, then add the milk with yeast, add the sifted flour portions knead smooth dough, formed into a ball, brush with vegetable oil, to shift into a deep bowl, cover and allow to come in heat 1:00.
Lay a baking parchment, grease with butter.
The finished dough divided into 6-8 pieces, wrap the sausages in batter and place on a baking sheet, cover with foil and let stand for about 10 minutes, until heated oven.
Heat oven to 180 degrees, grease sausage egg and bake until golden brown.
