Potatoes in Bombay (Indian cuisine)
1 kg of potatoes
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
100 gr. butter
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric
0, 5 tsp black pepper

1 tsp fresh ginger

Method of preparation:
Boil potatoes. Ready potatoes cut into large cubes.
Tomatoes into small cubes.
Pan heat, add vegetable oil. The pan add the grain mustard, cumin, turmeric, coriander, black pepper, chili pepper. Warm up the spices over low heat.
