MEAT in tests


 
Meat in pastry - a simple and hearty dish that has long been preparing a lot. As for me, I most often prepare for such purposes cheese dough, which usually prepare for the future, and then freeze, not to spend a lot of time in the future for its preparation. It is suitable for baking cheese crackers, and goes well with all kinds of meat, minced meat, etc. But this time, the prepared dough is left, and kneading the dough did not have time. In that case, you can use the test with purchased, for example, puff.

For cooking meat in a test, you will need
(2 servings):
400g chicken breast fillets;
200-250 gr Puff Puff dough;
1 egg yolk;
1-2 tsp vegetable oil;
1-2 cloves of garlic;
1 tsp sesame;
salt, a mixture of 4 peppers - taste.

Cooking.

Chicken fillet wash, dry. Add salt, pepper mixture, let the meat soak for 7-10 minutes.

Vegetable oil is warm, add the coarsely chopped garlic and ignited. Watch to not burnt garlic. Garlic remove from oil. On garlic oil to fry chicken until half. Cut a rectangle of dough, put the meat on the edge of the dough, roll and tuck the edges of the dough with meat loaf.

Heat oven to 180-200 degrees. "Rolls with meat" put in a greased baking dish, making pinned plug on the test.

Whip the yolk with a fork and coat with beaten egg yolk surface of the dough, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and send the meat in the dough in the oven.

Cook the meat in a test about 20-30 minutes until golden brown dough. Serve the meat in the dough as a separate dish or with your favorite side dish. Tasty as hot as in the warm or even cold.
