Cottage cheese donuts


Cottage cheese - 250 g
Egg - 3 pcs.
Wheat flour - 8 Art. spoons
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil (or sunflower)
Powdered sugar, vanilla - to taste


Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt until smooth, not thick consistency.

In a saucepan pour the olive oil, so that it can be loaded at least half a donut. Heat the oil.

With the help of a teaspoon of dough to form a ball and put it in boiling oil. When forming Dip the spoon in vegetable oil. Donut fry over medium heat, turning constantly, so it browned evenly on all sides until brown.

Donuts ready to put on a paper towel so that it absorbed the excess fat.

Serve hot donuts, thickly sprinkled with powdered sugar (with vanilla).
