Recipe for Italian Salt Donuts

  • 500g wheat flour
  • 220 ml of carbonated water
  • 570g vegetable oil
  • 5g soda
  • 10g salt


Preparation
  1. Cool dough is prepared very simply: carbonated water must be mixed with flour, salt and 70 ml of vegetable oil. Dough is formed easily, it does not stick to the hands at all.



  2. Roll the finished dough into a ball and put it in a bowl under a towel for an hour.
