Smetana - poppy seed cake

Cake with the most delicate filling I've ever tasted))

Ingredients for the dough:
Oil draining room temperature 90 g
raw egg 1 piece
soda 1/4 tsp
sugar 80 g
flour 180-200 g
Ingredients for the filling:
sour cream 350-400 g
sugar 4 tbsp
raw eggs 2 pcs
vanilla 1 pinch
Poppy 1, 5 tsp
To test the oil rub with baking soda and sugar (I stirred fork). Add egg, grind. Add 150 grams of flour, stir, add the remaining flour gradually. Long kneading. You should get a soft dough. Roll it into a ball, put into the cold for 1 hour.
For the filling whip (again with a fork) sour cream with the sugar, vanilla, poppy seeds and eggs (to be liquid).
At a diameter of 20 cm put the dough, forming ledges height of about 3, 5 cm. Pour the filling. Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 *.
Ready cake cool COMPLETELY before cutting (can be left overnight).
