For the preparation of a very tasty and simple apple pie, we need such products:
Flaky dough (yeast) - 0, 5 kg
Apples - 0, 5 kg
Sugar - 100 g
Raisins - 100 g
Egg yolk - 1 pc
Butter for greasing the pan
Method of preparation:
The dough is thawed at room temperature.
Form grease with butter, put the dough in the shape forming bumpers. From scraps of dough that will make flagella, which then will be placed on top of the cake.
Raisins pour hot water for 10-15 minutes.
Apples cut into slices and mix with sugar.
Swollen raisins add to the apples, stir and put on the dough.
On top of the apples put flagella test.
The top of the cake grease with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Send in a preheated oven 180-200 g bake until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).
Ready cake cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
