Cake "Tiramisu"


 
Necessary
Dough
2 cups (260 g) flour
3/4 cup (175 mL) of yogurt
140 g butter, room temperature
1 cup (200 grams) of sugar
3 large eggs
1 egg yolk

 - Divide the dough in two forms (I have one, made at a time) and bake for 28-30 minutes (the cake is golden and elastic)
 - Cool for 5 minutes in the form, and then remove and turn

Impregnation
 - Coffee pour boiling water
 - Sugar water bring to a boil, add the brandy and coffee

Cream
 - Mix the mascarpone, icing sugar, vanilla until smooth
