I love desserts that don’t have to be made. It's about time. strawberryI practice making summer strawberry tiramisu. It is prepared super simple, comes out delicious, fragrant and so beautiful. Recipe from the Ukrainian hostess Lilia Zvit!

Strawberry tiramisu Ingredients for the Basis
  • 1 pack of Savoyardi cookies
  • 200g strawberries
  • 100g strawberry jelly
  • 30g sugar
  • 100 ml of water


Cream ingredients
  • 500ml cream
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 80g powdered sugar
  • 16g vanilla sugar


Ingredients for decoration
  • 1 pack of torus jelly
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250g of water
  • 300g strawberries


Preparation
  1. For preparation Blend 100 grams of strawberries. Pour it into a pot and pour water, add sugar. Bring to a boil and then cool to room temperature.



  2. Wash the strawberries, clean the tails, and then cut the berries with halves or quarters.



  3. For creaming Blow the cream to a light foam mass. Add to them powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and mascarpone cheese. Make it a mixer to homogeneity.



  4. Next, we take Savoyardi cookies and cut the desired length for the sides. I only cut the tips to keep the cookies stable, but you can make a cake without them, or in the form of a trifle. Tightly lay out the cookies on the inner circle of detachable-shaped sides for baking with the sugar side outside. You can also use a confectionery ring. Also fill the bottom of the form with cookies. You can use both whole cookies and crops.





  5. Grease the bottom of the cookies with strawberry syrup. Then put the cream on. Put some strawberries on the cream. Don't pity strawberries, they don't happen much!



  6. Put the cream again to cover the strawberries. Next - a new layer of cookies, which should be generously soaked with syrup. Make the cookie cream. Sprinkle the cocoa cake on top. Put dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for soaking.



  7. The contents of the bag of jelly sprinkle in the saucer, add sugar, pour water and put on the fire. Stir and bring it to a boil.



  8. When the cake freezes, remove the ring. The base can be tied with a beautiful tape. Dip each strawberry berry in hot jelly and put it on the cake. Thanks to this life hack with strawberry jelly on the cake does not dry out for a long time. But you can skip this step with jelly if you plan to eat cake in one day. Bon appetit!
