Pumpkin Pancake.


 
Are you afraid that baking with pumpkin will not like you, because you do not like pumpkin?
So, neither I nor my mother did not love pumpkin, but we were delighted!
Pancake get very tender and tasty.

25gr. rasplennogoslivochnogo oil
100gr.tykvennogo mashed
140ml.moloka
1 egg
140gr.muki
1 5st.l.sahara
2 / 3ch.l.razryhlitelya
cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg pinch

Preparation:
Pumpkin puree. From 950gr.tykvy I got 400g. mash up. My pumpkin and purified from the pulp and seeds, peel reserve. Pumpkin cut into medium size pieces.
