Pumpkin Muffin Ingredients
- 225g flour
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 220g sugar
- 100g butter
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 1, 5 tsp baking powder
- 100g chocolate

Preparation
- Pour flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt into a deep bowl. Rub soda with your fingers so that there are no lumps. Stir it all together.
- Bake the pumpkin in advance and, when it is ready, whip it with a blender to a state of puree. You can also use frozen pumpkin puree, which is first defrosted to drain excess water. Add to the pumpkin mashed eggs and melted butter. By the way, butter can be replaced with vegetable oil if desired. Stir everything to uniformity, and then add the dry mixture. Stir the dough first with a mixer, then with a spoon.
- Add chocolate to the dough, chopped into small pieces. Stir it.
- Lubricate the mold for cupcakes with oil, or you can cover them with paper capsules. Pour dough into the molds, filling the form by two-thirds, as the muffins will rise during the baking process. From this amount of dough comes about 12-15 muffins.
- On top of the muffins can be sprinkled with crushed walnuts. Bake in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for half an hour until ready.
