Liver Salad


 - 300 g chicken liver
 - Article 2.1. rice
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 onions
 - 1 bunch dill
 - Mayonnaise
 - Salt
 - Pepper

Method of preparation:

Liver boil until tender and rub on a medium grater. Onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Rice boiled in salted water and recline in a colander. Egg rub on a medium grater. Put the salad layers, each layer promazyvaya mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Put the first layer of the liver, the next layer is the bow, then a layer of rice, then a layer of dill, and finally the last layer of egg lay.
Decorate to taste.
