Gingerbread house.

 - 500 g flour
 - 150 g of oil
 - 150 g brown sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 125 g of liquid honey
 - 1 tsp. Ground ginger
 - 1 tsp. Cinnamon
 - 1 tsp. Ground cloves
 - 1 tbsp. tablespoon orange zest
 - 1, 5 tsp. Soda

Mix the honey and spices, put on a little fire, gradually add the butter and stir. Cool.
Beat eggs with sugar and combine with a spicy honey.
In the flour add hydrated soda, then stir it into the syrup weight.
The finished dough put into the refrigerator for a few hours, but better - at night.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut straight sticks in to the house (preferably using special molds). Immediately Plan, where you'll have the windows and doors, make up the roof, pre-painted on her tile patterns.

Bake gingerbread in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

When all parts of the house will be ready, you can spread the house and cover it with snow-white glaze. To prepare the glaze mix 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water and cook until thick syrup. In the cooled syrup, you can add a few tablespoons of lemon juice.

Inside the house, you can put a little candle, and in the evening it would seem that in the house, too, is preparing to celebrate the holiday.
