Vegetable soup with rice

Potatoes - 3 pcs.
carrots - 1 pc.
parsley - 1/2 part
Figure - 1 tbsp
milk - 1/2 cup
sour cream - 1 tbsp
dill - to taste
salt - to taste

How to:

Wash rice and boil in salted water until tender.

Potatoes, carrots, parsley, clean, wash, chop and cook until tender in a little salted water.

Then, rice and vegetables through a sieve or pyurirovat in a blender, add the hot milk, let boil and remove from heat.

Serve add chopped fresh herbs and sour cream.
