Apple strudel


 
Products:
puff pastry - 0, 5 kg
cinnamon - to taste
Apples - 0, 5 kg (possible - at your discretion)
Sugar - to taste
Prunes - 200g
zest of 1 lemon
Walnuts - 100g
egg - 1 pc

How to:

Roll out the dough into a thin pancake.
