Yeast apple pie recipe

Rose Pie Ingredients
  • 2-3 apples
  • 270g flour
  • 7g fast-acting yeast
  • 60g butter
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
  1. Mix 25 ml of milk, yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Leave for 5-7 minutes before the formation of a foam “cap”.
  2. Mix in a bowl sifted flour, butter in pieces, yeast mixture, salt, the rest of the milk and sugar. Mix the dough.
  3. Roll into the ball and cover the bowl with film. Put aside for 1-1.5 hours until the test volume is doubled.


  4. The approaching dough is laid out on the working surface and divided into two parts. Each part roll into a rectangle and cut into strips about 1.5-2 cm wide.


  5. Remove the seeds from the apples and cut them in thin slices. It is better not to peel the apple, so the cake will look more like a real rose.


  6. Put the parchment paper at the bottom of the baking mold. On the side of the form, lay out a strip of dough and put apple slices on it. Keep spreading the apples until you reach the center of the pie.


  7. Lubricate the cake with a yolk with a silicone brush and sprinkle with sugar with cinnamon.
  8. Let the cake stand for 10-15 minutes in the heat, while the oven warms to 190 degrees.
  9. Bake the cake for 35 to 45 minutes. In any case, navigate your oven and check readiness with a toothpick.


  10. Chill the finished cake and transfer it to a serving dish. Powdered sugar before serving.
