Fish donuts


the flesh boiled cod - 200 g
boiled potatoes - 200 g
Egg - 2 pcs.
semolina 3 tbsp
kneading the flour until the desired thickness of the test (so you can easily roll balls)
butter - 20g
cheese 50 g
greens (I have dill, parsley, pepper)
spices and salt to taste
soda pinch
vegetable oil for frying - 100-200 g

The flesh is boiled cod mince, mix with grated hot potatoes, add eggs, melted butter, grated cheese, semolina, salt, baking soda, spices, dill, let the dough come 30 minutes (to semolina softened), add the flour and mix well, that's the dough for donuts and fish ready !!!
Now moisten your hands with water and sculpt small balls that are sent to the hot oil and bake on both sides over medium heat, closing the lid (so they are more lush obtained).
Very tasty with fresh pepper!
