Chocolate cheese cake

water - 4 tablespoons
sugar - 1 tablespoon
salt - 0, 5 teaspoon
wheat flour - 150 gr
rye flour - 50-65 grams

For the cheese filling:

cottage cheese - 200 gr
raisins - 1 tablespoon
egg - 1 pc
vanilla sugar - to taste
sugar - 1 tablespoon

For the chocolate cream:

high fat cream - 200 ml
dark chocolate - 5 cloves +5 to decorate
butter - 1 tablespoon
vanilla sugar - to taste
You can add a little sugar - 0, 5 tablespoons



drain oil to melt, add the sugar, stretch oil, water and salt
Add the sifted flour, the dough should move away from the walls of dishes
dough with hands spread on the bottom and walls of the split (!) shape, pierce the bottom in several places and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 185 g

Cottage cheese filling:

Meanwhile, do curd
in a blender, mix cottage cheese, raisins, egg, sugar and cherries (without excess moisture)
Put the filling in the form with the test and still in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 190 g

Chocolate cream:

5 slices of chocolate melted in a water bath / microwaved, cool
chilled cream with chocolate whip (2 minutes), add a soft plum butter, sugar and beat 2 minutes more
using a pastry bag to put the cream cheese filling on
sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate
