Cheese cake for Easter ingredients
  • 500g cottage cheese
  • 100g + 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • 3 yolks
  • 80g cream (33%)
  • 40g coconut cream
  • 100g coconut shavings
  • 50g butter
  • 70g dark chocolate
  • 100g cherry
  • 1 tsp starch


Preparation
  1. For cooking. cottage cheese In a convenient container, combine twice rubbed through a sieve cottage cheese, sugar, yolks and butter. All blown up by the mixer to a homogeneous mass. Put the finished curd mass on a medium fire and bring to a boil, but do not boil. As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove the bucket from the fire. Leave the mass to cool.



  2. For cherry filler, you can take cherry ice cream, which must be pre-thawed. Perry the cherries with a blender, and then pass through a sieve. Cherry puree should be brought to a boil with sugar and starch. After boiling, hold on to the stove for another minute and then take it off the fire.





  3. Cooled cheese dough was divided into two parts. In one add cherry puree and a little dried cherry (optional). Stir it well.


  4. In the second - melted cold dark or white chocolate and coconut shavings. In my opinion, it is better to take white, but the author of the recipe shows this in the example of dark. In a separate container, whip cold fat cream with coconut cream. Then add them to the two masses in approximately equal amounts. Stir both masses well.





  5. To form Easter, take a plastic silicone tracker and put it on top of the bottom on a comfortable wide dish so that whey then flows into this dish. Put two or even three layers of pure gauze. Put in the strawberry curd mass, alternating the mass with cherry and chocolate. Periodically tap the beacon on the table so that the cottage cheese is better tamped and air bubbles come out. Fill the tracker to the top.





  6. Close the edges of the gauze garden and put Easter in the fridge for a day. Oh, yes, the main thing: on top of the pastry you need to place any surface (for example, a plate) and a weight (I use a box of cream). And during the whole time, while Easter is in the refrigerator, periodically you need to drain the leaked liquid.



  7. At the end of the specified time, take easter from the fridge. Turn it over so that the plate is on the bottom. Carefully remove the shape and then gauze. If desired, Easter can be decorated with rose petals and fruits. Choose the decor to your taste!
