Preparation
  1. Put the poppy in the pan, pour boiling water and put it on the fire. Stirring, cook for 20 minutes on a slow heat.



  2. In a separate container, pour sifted flour, add here 2 tbsp. l. sugar, baking powder and 1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder. Stir and add 40g of butter. Cut it all together. Add 3 tbsp of sour cream and mix the dough.
  3. Take a shape about 20 cm in diameter. Cover the bottom with baking paper and lay out the dough with an even layer. Pricked the resulting cake in several places with a fork.



  4. Warm the oven to 200 degrees. Put it on for 10 minutes.
  5. Cool the poppy and strain it to remove moisture. Add 2 tbsp of sugar sand and rub it with a blender.
  6. The cooled crust was removed from the mold. Cover her sides with baking paper and place the crusts at the bottom.



  7. Take the eggs and carefully separate the proteins from the yolks. Smash the proteins to lush foam, slowly pouring 100 g of sugar. Remember that well-whipped proteins do not flow even from an inverted container.
  8. Add 2 tbsp already whipped proteins to the poppy filling and mix thoroughly.



  9. To the yolks pour 100 g of sugar, whip a little and add 700 g of cottage cheese. Stir the mixture with a mixer at slow speed. Add starch, lemon peel and 40g butter.
  10. In the cottage cheese mixture in small portions add previously whipped proteins, thoroughly stirring. Half the resulting curd mass put on the crust. The edges cottage cheese should protrude in the center formed a small depression, about 1 cm (for the poppy layer).
