The Easter holidays are coming. It’s time to find new recipes. You've got one right in front of you. Its author is culinary blogger Lilia Zvit. It offers a truly Easter treat. cottage cheese. Look at these bright colors! It's delicious.

Even if you think that the recipe is not the easiest, it is worth tinkering with. Homemade cheesecake (from Ukrainian "cheese" - cottage cheese) with colorful balls inside will please the eyes and taste buds of both children and adults.



Dessert of cottage cheese with pastries The most delicious cheesecake will turn out if you cook it household. Therefore, find such an opportunity and prepare for the holiday thoroughly.

Test ingredients
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 120g sugar
  • 250g wheat flour
  • 30g cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder


Ingredients for curd mass
  • 1700g cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 200g sour cream
  • 250g sugar
  • 16g (1 bag) of vanilla sugar
  • 80g pudding or starch
  • peel 1 lemon
  • 3 bags of 50 g of coconut shavings of different colors
  • 2 tbsp white coconut shavings


Preparation
  1. Add sugar and melted butter to chicken eggs. Beat until you get a uniform light mass.



  2. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix the dough. It should be soft and elastic. Separate one-third of the dough, wrap it in food film and send it to the freezer for 1 hour.



  3. The rest of the dough roll a roller on the parchment on which you are going to bake the cheesecake. Transfer the resulting cake into the form, forming the sides.
  4. Now take the curd (cheese) mass. Take homemade dairy cottage cheese (you can freeze), add ordinary and vanilla sugar, eggs and sour cream (it is good if 20% fat, but any one is suitable). Stir it.



  5. Add two bags of pudding (ideally vanilla) or the same amount of starch. Cut the blender so the mass is uniform. It should be a lush light mass, which is easy to mix with a spoon. If the mass is thick, add a little more sour cream, and if liquid, you can add semolina. Add to the curd mass lemon peel, stir.
  6. Then separate 3 tablespoons of mass into a separate dish. In each bowl to it pour coconut shavings of different colors. Stir and leave for 10 minutes so that the coconut absorbs excess liquid. The mass will get thicker.



  7. On the dough in the form, lay out one third of the curd mass. And from color - form balls with a diameter of about 2 cm.



  8. Panned them in white coconut shavings and laid out on the white mass in any order.



  9. When you lay out all the colored balls, fill the space between them with the remaining cottage cheese filling. Take it easy.



  10. On top, grind the dough from the freezer. Send the prepared cheesecake to a preheated to 180 degrees oven. Bake for about 1 hour.



  11. Ready cheesecake chill in uniform.
