Preparation

  4. When the dough is thick enough, start stirring it with your hands on a surface sprinkled with flour. Mix until the dough is soft and elastic, but not sticky. This process can take about 10-15 minutes.



  5. Put the dough in a large bowl lubricated with vegetable oil so that it does not stick. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen napkin or food film and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours. The test should increase in volume by 2-3 times. After lifting the dough a couple of times, so that the accumulated carbon dioxide comes out.
