- 2 medium eggplant
- 1 bulb
- 1 Bulgarian pepper
- 2 teeth. Garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 50ml soy sauce
- 4 tbsp starch
- 1 tsp sesame
- cilantro
Preparation
- First of all, wash the eggplant, cut off the peduncle and cut the vegetables into identical pieces. Then drop them in 3 tablespoons of starch. I have corn, I like it better and I advise you to use it.
- Roast the eggplant in vegetable oil until half ready. They'll crust. Then grind the bulb and 1 clove of garlic. Roast the vegetables on the same drive, you don't have to wash them. To roasted onions, add chili peppers (can be whole) and striped Bulgarian pepper. Carcase vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Then add eggplant to the vegetables and mix the vegetables well. Poki they are prepared, mix soy sauce, honey, 1 clove of garlic (squeeze best through garlic) and the remaining starch. The result should be a mixture without lumps.
