Meat cakes in the pan Ingredients for dough
- 0.5 liters of warm water
- 2 yolks
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 0.5 tbsp salt
- 250 ml of milk
- 0.5 kg of flour (up to 1 kg)
Filling ingredients
- 1kg liver
- 1-2 bulbs
- salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix the ingredients for yeast (Yeast + 1 tsp of sugar and milk). Cover with a towel and put for 15-20 minutes in a warm place so that the yeast increases in volume.
- In a deep bowl mix warm milk, yeast vapor, yolks, salt, sugar, then in two doses pour flour. At the end of the mix, add the butter. The dough should be soft. And please don't add more flour than the recipe says.
- Bowl abundantly lubricate vegetable oil, put dough in it, cover with a towel and leave for 40 minutes to come. Cover the dough and leave it for another hour.
- The dough is divided into equal pieces (I divide 30 g), cover with a towel and leave to rest for 10 minutes. For stuffing Liver cut cubes and boil until ready, not forgetting to remove the foam. Then you can cut finely or pass through a large mesh of a meat grinder. Add finely chopped onions, salt, pepper and mix well.
- Roll the dough to the desired shape, lay out the filling, pinch and roast on heated vegetable oil on both sides. Put the cakes in a deep plate or pelvis and cover with a towel. Bon appetit!
