How to make a delicious ear ingredients
- 2 l of water
- 700g capelin
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 2 bulbs
- green-onion
- 1 bundle of dill
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation
