How to cook potatoes with meat ingredients
- 500g pork tenderloin
- 1 to potatoes
- 1 egg
- 100g sour cream
- 150 ml of milk
- 5 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp butter
Preparation
- First of all, wash the potatoes well and let them boil right in the peel.
- Then cool the potatoes a little, peel them off, cut them into several parts and lay them out in a deep bowl. Break the potatoes, add milk with sour cream to the bowl and mix the potato mass well.
- After that, add to the bowl 3 tbsp. l. flour with salt, drive the egg and again stir all the contents of the bowl.
- We can do pork now. Wash the meat thoroughly and cut it in small cubes. Then paint the butter in the pan and roast the sliced meat on it for 20 minutes. It is advisable to roast pork on a small fire so that the meat is evenly cooked and does not burn.
- When the meat is cooked, wrap it in puree, forming small balls, and then collapse each ball in flour.
- At the end, lubricate the form for baking with butter and decompose the formed cartlipors into it. Bake the dish for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
