Recipe for bagels on mineral water

The ingredients

Preparation
  1. Mix in a bowl flour, water and vegetable oil.


  2. You might need to add some flour. The dough should be elastic, low-fat and not very sticky.

  7. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees to blush, about 30 minutes (for each oven differently).
