Recipe for buns on yeast Ingredients for opar
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 6 tbsp flour

Test ingredients
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500g flour

Additional ingredients
  • 100g butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 20g almond flakes

Preparation
  1. First we have to make an opar. To do this, pour a little warm milk into the bowl. Add yeast and sugar. Stir it up nicely. From the total amount of flour (500 g) take 6 tablespoons, add to the steam. Mix liquid dough like pancakes. Cover the opar and leave it in a warm place for 40 minutes.

  2. Now beat the eggs with sugar separately.

  3. After 40 minutes, when our opara came, we can knead the dough. To do this, pour the whipped eggs into the pool and stir. Add the remaining flour and mix the dough. The flour, of course, needs to be sifted.

  4. The dough should be soft. At the end, add vegetable oil and messes for another 15 minutes. Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for another hour. The finished dough was divided into 12 even parts. Form a ball from each part. After rolling each ball into a circle 0.5 cm thick.

  5. Each layer of dough is lubricated with melted butter. Sprinkle on top with a mixture of vanilla and ordinary sugar. Next, we need to wrap our buns as shown in the video below. You can roll as you like, but it is very beautiful. Put the buns on the batter, grease with yolk and sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake at a temperature of 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
