The aroma of plum pie flocks to all the wasps around, think that the plum has bloomed

The ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g sour cream
  • 100–120 g of sugar
  • 200g wheat flour
  • 1 lemon
  • 525-550g drain
  • 10g baking powder
  • vegetable-oil


Preparation
  1. First thing you do is whip the sour cream with sugar a little. Doing this with a mixer is not worth it. Then add eggs to the sour cream mixture and beat everything again to a homogeneous state.



  2. Scald the lemon with boiling water and rub its peel. Also squeeze the lemon juice out of it. Add these ingredients to future plum cake dough.
  3. Mix wheat flour with baking powder, sift dry ingredients and add them to liquid. Stir everything carefully to make a thick homogeneous dough.



  4. Wash the plums well, cut them in half and remove a bone from each fruit. The output should get about 400 g of fresh fruit.
  5. Start heating the oven to 180 degrees. At this time, lubricate the mold for baking with vegetable oil. If you use a silicone form, you do not need to lubricate it.



  6. Pour the finished dough into the mold and level it. Next, place halves of plums in the dough, not completely immersing them in the mixture so that the plums look slightly out. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a dry match.
  7. After cooking, the plum cake should completely cool. Before serving, sprinkle it with sugar chips at will. Done!





If there is no plum at hand, but there are other seasonal fruits, feel free to use them! For example, such a cake can be made with apricots or peaches. It will also be delicious and aromatic.
