Without soda, I do not even begin to cook patties, I flavor minced meat properly so that the dish is airy.

Do you like patties? Meaty, juicy, with a fragrant crust. Especially to puree or just to black bread with a pickle. I'm sure you have a couple of childhood memories where patties served us as the perfect snack, main course and dessert, preferably too. The main thing is that they are cutlets like grandma. Other people's patties don't taste so good. Always high expectations. Therefore, it is important to know what can be added to the mince to get a real treat.

Today I will share with you a recipe for making bright cutlets, which can be safely served to lovers of meat products. At the same time, I will tell you a few tricks of working with mince, I have been using them myself for many years, I hope they will be useful to you.

What can I add to the grille I start with my little tricks. It happens that you begin to cook mince, but there is no bread in the house, even more so. In such cases, I rub raw potatoes on the grater. Nice replacement, try it. If the potatoes at home are in short supply, no problem. Kefir and soda will make cutlets or meatballs lush and fragrant.

If there are no eggs in the refrigerator, they can be replaced with milk. Yes, the texture is slightly different, but in well-mixed minced meat, you will not notice the difference. The main thing - the result will please you. For the recipe I'll share below, you can use a store product, but it's best to make minced meat at home from fresh meat.

Recipe for juicy cutlet Ingredients
  • 1.5kg ground meat
  • 200g kefir
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 egg
  • 100g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • spices

Preparation
  1. First, mix the mince with soda and kefir. Mix to a uniform consistency. Then add the egg, salt, sugar, grated onions, spices and pepper to your taste. My husband likes spicy, so seasoning is generous. Stir it.

  2. Add the flour and mix very well. Farsh at this stage should be without lumps.

  3. Heat the vegetable oil in the pan and lay out the mince with a tablespoon, giving it the shape of cutlets. You will need to roast on both sides, under the cover, on a small fire.

  4. After cooking all the cutlets you can stew them a little, adding a bay leaf and a few spoons of water.

  5. Done! You have prepared air fragrant patties that will please both adults and children with their taste. Bon appetit to your family!

Such cutlets are well served to mashed potatoes, rice or pasta. The husband sometimes asks for additional sauce. I'm sharing his recipe with you.
