I dreamed that at night I ate herring, in the morning I immediately made a “lazy fur coat”

Preparing the same festive dishes from year to year in our country has become a tradition. Olivier, fur coat, stuffed fish and so on. On the one hand, these dishes are associated with the spirit of the holiday, on the other hand, they are often just lazy to cook, and sometimes you want to. But we can. "Site" fix everything. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome: lazy herring!



It's basically the same salad. But not as changed as, for example, lazy dumplings or blueberries. The taste will be the same, festive. The texture will change a little, and the cooking time will be greatly reduced. So our coat can be cooked at least for breakfast, only a multicooker will be useful. And if it's not, take a regular pot. While cooking vegetables, sitting at the stove is not necessary.

Lazy herring under a fur coat Ingredients
  • 300–400g herring fillet (packaging)
  • middle-potato
  • beetroot
  • carrot
  • 0.5 onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt
  • greenery


Preparation
  1. Our recipe is as fast and lazy as possible. So let's not go into how to cut herring from the store, which fish is better to take and so on. Just buy a pack of chopped fillets. That'll be enough. If necessary, cut them in medium pieces. Sometimes they are packed with long clothes.


  2. The longest stage of cooking: vegetables. Weld potatoes (30 minutes), beets (45 minutes, add a couple of spoons of vegetable oil to boiling water) and carrots (25 minutes). Just wash it, then clean it. Actually, it's perfect to do things like that the night before. Then a lazy fur coat prepares for breakfast quickly and with pleasure.


  3. Boil eggs. It's about 8 minutes after boiling. Put them in cold water and clean them. Cut the onions finely so as not to fill the whole dish with its taste. If you are not a lazy cook, you can take an onion, cut it and pickle it in boiling water and vinegar for 15 minutes. But we'd rather be a little lazy today.


  4. Take the container deeper and place herring, onions, grated eggs and boiled vegetables in it. All that remains is to fill this case with mayonnaise and salt it. High aerobatics will be finely sliced greens and crushed hard-boiled yolk. To be fully prepared, the dish should be “infused” in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Mayonnaise during this time should be soaked and bind the ingredients. Stir and eat. Delicious.




This salad can be left in the refrigerator and without mayonnaise: this way the products will last longer, for example, if you want to treat guests in the evening, and there is only time for cooking in the morning. Make it mayonnaise, let me stand and call everyone to the table.



In fact, Matroskin was wrong. Whichever side of the sandwich you don’t eat will still taste good. If, of course, it was not bad at first. The original herring under the fur coat is good for its presentable appearance and beauty of the cut: all products in layers, colors are selected well. But even with the usual crumb of egg yolk, the charm of this salad, and especially the taste, does not disappear.
