  • 2 medium potatoes

  • 10g gelatin
  • water

  • salt


Preparation
  1. Boil vegetables (beets, potatoes, carrots) and eggs. Prepare the marinade for the onions by mixing 100ml of cold water and 20ml of vinegar. Add a teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt.
  2. Cut the bulb as small as possible and leave it to marinate.
  3. File herring shallowly cut, removing small bones. Sodium eggs on a large grater.
  4. Fillet, eggs and onions in one container. This is the first part of the dish. Peel the vegetables and rub it on a large grater. Set it up in separate containers.
  5. Thoroughly dissolve the gelatin and add 250 g of mayonnaise to it. Stir the filling and spread evenly over all containers with components.
  6. Put everything into shapes: the first layer is beets, the second is carrots, the third is herring with onions and eggs, and the fourth is potatoes. Leave it in the fridge for 3 hours.


Salad with herring, potatoes and eggs



The ingredients
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g herring
  • 2 bulbs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. Boil the potatoes and eggs. Cut herring fillets in small cubes.

Preparation
  1. First, clean and cut the middle pieces of herring.
  2. In order to prepare the sauce, mix mustard, lemon juice, sugar and vegetable oil.

  • 200g butter
  • 150g salted herring
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 bundle parsley


Preparation
  1. Get the oil out of the refrigerator in advance to make it softer. Mix it thoroughly with mustard and lemon juice.
  2. Cut herring fillets with cubes and mix with butter.
  3. Slightly cut parsley and evenly distribute it on a piece of food film. Put herring oil on the greens and roll the film, twisting its ends. Send the oil to the freezer for 10 minutes.

  • 1 salted herring
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bulb
  • 100g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g white bread

Preparation

  2. Cut the bread crust and soak it in milk for 15 minutes.

Preparation
  1. Clean the herring of skin and bones. For the recipe, you will need two parts of a herring fillet.
  2. Cut the carrots, onions, herbs and egg finely.
  3. Gelatin is thoroughly dissolved in water, add some vegetable broth and mix with mayonnaise.
  4. In the container, mix all vegetables, herbs, eggs and mayonnaise with gelatin. Let the filling thicken in the fridge.
  5. Put the film on the dish, on it the first part of the fillet. Place the filling on top and cover the second part of the fillet. Wrap the roll tightly and leave it in the fridge for an hour.

The ingredients
  • 1kg herring
  • 400g onions
  • 0.5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 bags of black tea
  • 1.5 tables of water
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 bay leaves


Preparation
  1. Clean the herring and cut in pieces of 5 cm. Cut the onions with rings.
  2. Make strong tea. It is thanks to him that the herring will turn out as if preserved, corresponding to color and hardness.

  • 150g beets
  • 1 herring
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise

Preparation
