Marinade recipe for herring

Marinade for spicy ambassador Ingredients
  • 3 herrings
  • 750 ml of water
  • 150g rock salt
  • pepper-pea
  • carnation
  • 3 bay leaves
  • mustard
  • coriander
  • fragrant


Preparation
  1. Frost the fish and wash it. Separate from it all unnecessary parts: head, innards, fins and tail.



  2. Now the herring must be filled with water for 1 hour.
  3. Heat the required amount of water to boil and dissolve salt with sugar in it. Add all the necessary spices and spices. Leave the marinade boiling for 3 minutes.



  4. Put the herring in a plastic container and wait for the marinade to cool completely. After that, fill the fish with a ready marinade.
  5. The marinade should cover the herring completely. Fill the second tank with water. It should be a little smaller than the one you put the fish in. Use the second container as a press.
  6. It is advisable to marinate herring in this way for at least 2 days. Bon appetit!


Tomato marinade Ingredients
  • 1kg fresh herring
  • 5 bulbs
  • 150 ml of butter
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 50ml vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp red searing pepper
  • chili
  • seasoning


Preparation
  1. Prepare herring as in the previous recipe. This time it has to be cut in small pieces.



  2. Cut the onions with half rings, remember with your hands and mix with herring.
  3. Heat the oil, then add to it tomato paste and salt. Stir it thoroughly and let it cool. 1846-1948



  4. Now add vinegar and hot pepper. If desired, you can add a seasoning for Korean carrots and black ground pepper.
  5. Stir the marinade thoroughly and fill it with fish. Leave to marinate for at least a day. Bon appetit!
