A salad with pieces of omelet and chicken instead of herring firmly took one of the first places in my personal hit parade. And this is not surprising: pickled onions do not bitter at all (you can not regret it), omelet goes well with both chicken meat and herring. And as a result, the salad turns out to be very hearty and may well replace the main dish.

  • 150g low salt herring
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pickles
  • 50g bacon

  • 1 tbsp starch
  • pepper
