  5. Cut the bow as fine as possible. Add salt, sugar, vinegar to it. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.   9. Cover the mold with film or use silicone. Put in layers: beets, carrots, herring with onions and eggs. And the last layer is potatoes. This should be done quickly, as mayonnaise with gelatin quickly freezes.


  10. Cover the salad with food film and send it to the refrigerator. Better if he stays there all night.
  11. In the morning, cover the form with a dish and turn over. Take off the shape, cut the salad into portioned pieces and enjoy the taste.
