  • 400 g beets
  • 200 g carrots
  • 450 g potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 50 g canned corn
  • 150 g herring
  • 1 egg


Preparation
  1. Boil carrots, beets and potatoes until tender. To make the beets cook faster, you can bake them in foil.
  2. Cut the herring into small pieces.
  3. Sodium potatoes on a coarse grater. Do the same with carrots and beets.
  4. Put a layer of potatoes on a wide dish, brush the potatoes with mayonnaise. Top with the herring and finely chopped onion.
  5. Now again a thin layer of mayonnaise, then carrots, mayonnaise, beets, and again mayonnaise.
  6. Lay out the branches of the Christmas tree from the dill.
  7. Sodium boiled egg on a grater. Separately white and yolk. Decorate the Christmas tree with an egg. You can add a few more pomegranate and corn kernels. Cut a star out of carrots and decorate the tree with it.

  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g canned fish
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 onion
  • 80 g butter
  • 140 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice


Preparation
  1. Drain the oil from the canned food into a separate bowl. Mix canned food with lemon juice and sugar. Add 70 g of mayonnaise to the canned food.
  2. Boil the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. Finely chop the onion and grate the apple on a coarse grater.
  4. Lay out the salad in layers: yolks, canned food, rice, mayonnaise, apple, canned food. The last layer is grated butter.
  5. Combine mayonnaise and butter from canned food and fields with this salad mixture. Garnish the salad with egg whites. You can decorate the salad with herbs and bell peppers.

Ingredients
  • 120 g cod liver
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. l. canned peas
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • a bunch of dill
  • bunch of green onions
  • 1/2 lemon


Preparation
  1. Boil eggs and potatoes in their skins.
  2. Dice the potatoes and eggs. Chop the cod liver.
  3. Finely chop the onion and green onion, mix the onion with finely chopped dill.
  4. Ready ingredients: liver, potatoes, eggs, herbs - mix and add green peas. Season the salad with mayonnaise to taste.

  • 200 g smoked chicken
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g pickled mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 bunch of greens
  • salt to taste


Preparation
  1. Chop the onions and fry in a pan until golden brown.
  2. Cut the pickled mushrooms into large pieces.
  3. Boil the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.
  4. Lay out the salad in layers, preferably in a mold: egg layer, herbs, mushrooms with onions, cucumber, chopped chicken.
  5. Coat each layer with mayonnaise or sour cream to taste.

  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 1 potato
  • processed cheese
  • 100 g champignons
  • 100 g canned corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 5 tbsp. l. red cabbage
  • 1 bunch of greens
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste


  1. Boil carrots, potatoes and eggs.
  2. Grate the egg whites on a coarse grater. Pour the cabbage juice over the proteins and leave for a few minutes.
  3. In a blender, grind red bell pepper with olive oil and spices to taste.
  4. Grate potatoes and carrots on a coarse grater.
  5. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in a pan.
  6. Boil the chicken fillet and chop it or disassemble it into fibers.
  7. Place the boiled potatoes in small balls on a large platter. Lubricate the balls with mayonnaise.
  8. Top with mushrooms, chicken and brush with mayonnaise.
  9. Now add the corn and the grated processed cheese.
  10. Garnish the salad with grated egg whites, carrots, yolks and chopped pepper.
