Apple pie on kefir ingredients
- 3 apples
- 1 tbsp kefir
- 200g manka
- 150g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp soda
- 20g cocoa
- 50g butter
Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: mancu, sugar, cocoa and soda. Separately beat the eggs with kefir. Mix the egg mixture with dry ingredients.
