Bread patties Ingredients
  • 1kg mincemeat
  • 1 loaf of stale white bread or loaf
  • 1 bulb
  • pepper
  • salt
  • garlic
  • vegetable-oil


Preparation
  1. Soak the flesh of bread in water for 1-2 minutes and squeeze it. Thanks to this ingredient, cutlets will not fall apart, but will taste just divine.



  2. Better, of course. mince Beef itself or with the addition of pork, but you can also take a store. Add to the minced bread. Remember: bread after soaking should be 40% of the weight of minced meat. That's the point of these cutlets.



  3. Pass the onion through the grinder and add to the mince. Also add salt, garlic (optional) and spices. Stir it all together. Send the minced meat to the fridge for an hour.



  4. Get the mince and form the cutlets. Roast them in vegetable oil. If desired, you can fill them in breadcrumbs.
