How to make a cake with curd filling

  • 200ml kefir
  • 180g sugar
  • 300g flour
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg


Preparation
  1. Mix kefir with soda and leave for 10 minutes so that the soda is completely extinguished.


  2. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Rub the cottage cheese with sugar and egg. From the resulting mass, form balls.


  3. When the kefir is foaming, add sugar to it. Sweat the flour on top with the baking powder. Mix everything so that there are no lumps.


  4. Pour the dough in a parchment paper and oiled vegetable oil form for baking. Place cheese balls in the dough in a chaotic order.


  5. Bake the cake in a preheated to 180 °C oven for 40 minutes.
