Test ingredients
  • 250 ml of drinking water
  • 250 ml of milk

  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • a little butter to lubricate the cakes


Filling ingredients
  • 400g beans (preferably white)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bundle of cilantro (you can use thyme)
  • pepper


Preparation
  1. Prepare the stuffing first. To do this, soak beans in water for about 9-10 hours (you can spend the whole night). Then pour the beans with fresh water, bring to a boil and boil over a slow heat for 2-3 hours until it becomes soft.



  2. Boiled beans with cold water and grinding with a meat grinder or blender. By the way, you can grind it with the usual jock. It doesn’t matter if there are large pieces left. Add chopped cilantro, garlic, pepper. Save it to taste.



  3. In a large container, mix the milk with heated water, add salt, sugar, yeast and a glass of flour. Let the mixed dough stand so it fits a little. After that, add vegetable oil and the remaining 2 glasses of flour. Mix well so that the dough is elastic. If necessary, add some more flour. Leave it warm so the dough will fit again.



  4. The test is divided into 6 equal parts. Each lump roll into a thin round cake, the middle of which should be thicker than the edges. In the middle of the flatbread place the filling, pinch the edges of the dough and gently roll, because the thickness of the lobiani should be 0.5-1 cm.



  5. Roast every cake without butter. If they swell, pierce to let off steam. Remove from the fire roasted lobiani, abundantly lubricating them with butter. Put them on top of each other, so they will be better oiled.



  6. Quickly call guests to the table, because Lobiani is usually served warm. Bon appetit!
