Indian Bread Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • butter

Preparation
  1. Seeded flour pour into a wide and deep container, add salt at will. Gradually add water and mixes of elastic dough. The dough should be uniform and not stick to the hands. If the dough sticks, add some more flour.

  2. Important advice: when mixing dough, be sure to think about something good or read your favorite prayer. Surprisingly, this greatly affects the taste of ready-made cakes!

  3. Lubricate your hands with any vegetable oil, collapse the dough in flour and once again mix well.

  4. Take a small piece from the doughball and roll it into a ball the size of a chicken egg.

  5. Sprinkle the working surface with flour, flatten the ball into a cake and roll. It is necessary to roll thinly, but so that the tortilla does not break (2 mm - optimal thickness). If the dough sticks to the roller, lubricate it with vegetable oil, and add a little more flour to the dough.

  6. Send the cake to a heated dry frying pan without butter. The cake will start to bubble and swell. Turn the cake over to the other side and warm up for a few seconds.

  7. Lubricate the finished cakes with butter and serve to the table hot. The cakes quickly cool down, so we advise you to cover them with something while you bake the rest. Bon appetit!

A great way to attract children to cooking - the kids are completely delighted and from mixing the dough, and from the moment when the cake inflates, and, of course, from the tasting process. With jam, honey or chocolate paste - that's it!

It is impossible to believe that such a great taste can be obtained from almost nothing – mixing flour, salt and water. By the way, instead of ordinary flour, you can use whole grain - such flatbreads will be many times more useful than traditional bread.
