The ingredients
  • 1 lavash
  • 1 tomato
  • 70g mozzarella
  • 200g hunting sausages
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • green

Preparation
  1. Wash the tomato and cut it in circles. Hunting sausages and mozzarella - small slices.
  2. On the working surface spread a large sheet of lavash, lubricate it with ketchup.
  3. Put the first layer of sausage, and then spread out the slices of tomatoes and mozzarella. Decorate your pizza with parsley.

  5. Carefully lay out the pizza in the lavash on the pan and cook under the lid on an average heat of 5 minutes, then flip over and cook for another 3 minutes under the lid.

Chile con carnet in a pan

Chili con carne, or simply chili, is a popular dish of American Texas cuisine. The name is taken from Spanish and literally means “pepper with meat”.

According to one version, it was invented by Texas cowboys who took dried meat, beans, pepper, fat with them and prepared a fragrant and nutritious dish.

The ingredients
  • 250g ground meat
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper
  • 200g canned beans
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 150g tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • chili


Preparation
  1. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and skin them.
  2. Clean the onions and garlic and chop finely.
  3. Heat the butter in the frying pan and fry the onions with garlic to transparency.
  4. Add minced meat to the vegetables. Roast for 10 minutes.
  5. Cube the sweet pepper, add it and spices to the meat. Roast for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add rubbed tomatoes, you can put a teaspoon of tomato paste to enhance the taste. Add and stir.
  7. Pour a glass of boiling water so that the liquid completely covers the mince.
  8. Carcasses on average fire for about an hour. Then send the canned beans and carcasses to the pan for another 10 minutes.
  9. If you cook beans yourself, you will need to stew them for about 30 minutes.
  10. Let the finished dish brew under the lid for 10-15 minutes and serve to the table.


Spanish tortilla with potatoes and onions

Spanish tortilla is very similar to our omelet, but not simple, but with a filling, which can serve almost any vegetables: mushrooms, Bulgarian pepper, cheese, tomatoes, potatoes, spinach.

The ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 potato
  • half-bow
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Preparation
  1. Chop the potatoes and roast them in a frying pan over a low heat for about 15 minutes so there is no crust. In the middle of frying, add a finely chopped onion to the potatoes.
  2. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add ready-made potatoes and onions (if there is a lot of oil in the potato, it is better to let it drain). Stir and slightly break the potatoes with a fork.
  3. In a small pan, warm the olive oil, pour the eggs and potatoes and immediately reduce the fire to medium. After three minutes, reduce to the weakest and fry for another three minutes.
  4. Carefully with a spatula and plate, turn the tortilla over to the other side and roast for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Check the preparedness of the meal with a toothpick.
  6. You can serve tortilla with sour cream or with some delicious sauce.

Fast khachapuri in a pan

The ingredients
  • 200g hard cheese
  • 100g dill
  • 200g sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. Grid the cheese on a medium grater and pour into a deep bowl.
  2. Pour eggs into the cheese, add sour cream, dill, flour, salt and pepper. Stir everything thoroughly until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Warm the pan well, pour vegetable oil and lay the resulting mass. Cover the pan immediately!
  4. After one side is well toasted, lift the lid, gently turn over the khachapuri and roast on the other side without the lid. In total, roast the cake for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Quick khachapuri in the pan ready! Put the treat on the plate, cut the slices and quickly make tea.


Potatoes fried with barley and eggs

  • 400g potatoes

  • 60g onions
  • 45 ml sunflower oil

Preparation
  1. Peel and cut into thin slices of potatoes.
  2. Roast it for 7 minutes on high heat, stirring periodically.
  3. Cut the onions with half rings, add them to the potatoes.

  • 300g frozen dumplings
  • 100g onions
  • 3-4 tbsp sour cream
  • 100g carrots
  • 200g zucchini
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • salt and pepper


Preparation
  1. Grate carrots on a large grater, cut zucchini in cubes, finely cut the onion and green onions.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, lay out the onions and lightly roast.
  3. When it is full, add carrots and carcasses along with onions for about 1 minute.
  4. After that, add zucchini to the vegetables, salt, fry everything together until the zucchini becomes translucent.
  5. Reduce the fire to medium, put a layer of dumplings over the vegetables.


  6. Sprinkle dumplings, add black ground pepper and bay leaf.
  7. Pour sour cream dumplings. Share the water so the dumplings are half in the water.


  8. Cover the pan with a lid and carcasses all on an average heat of 10-12 minutes.
  9. At the end, sprinkle dumplings with green onions at the table.

Cake "Napoleon" in the pan

Test ingredients
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 450g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. soda squashed with vinegar


Cream ingredients
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 200g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1p vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp walnuts for sprinkling cake


Preparation
  1. Start with the cream, because the cakes cook very quickly. Pour milk into the pan, add eggs, two tablespoons of flour, a glass of ordinary sugar and a bag of vanilla, beat well and put on a slow fire. Cook the cream until thickened, then add the oil, stir again and cover the lid so that the cream does not have time to cool.
  2. In a convenient container pour the condensed, add the eggs and mix thoroughly. It is time to add soda and gradually add flour. The sign that the dough is ready is difficult to interfere with a spoon. Put it on the table.
  3. There is no need to add a lot of flour to the dough so as not to score it. It has to stay soft. It's good to mix it. Now you need to divide it into eight conventionally equal parts.
  4. Roll each piece into the cakes, now it's time to send them to the pan. The fire is medium, the cakes bake pretty fast. In just a minute you need to turn to the other side. Once all eight cakes are ready, they need to be trimmed to the same size with a plate.
  5. The cream is still hot. Put them in turn crusts, carefully smear the top and sides with the remains. Rub the trimmings with your hands into a crumb, mix it with crushed nuts, now the cake can be sprinkled. Done!
