Pizza "Margarita"



Everyone has probably heard the name of the famous Italian pizza "Margarita". Its history began in 1889, when King Umberto I of Italy and Queen Margaret of Savoy visited Naples.

The Queen wanted to try the pizza of the famous local pizzaolo Rafael Esposito. Of all the options offered, the titled person liked the pizza that looked like a tricolor Italian flag: with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.

When Marguerite asked Raphael what the name of the pizza was, the chef said it was named after the queen. After that, pizza with a royal name gained wide popularity throughout Italy and abroad.

The ingredients
  • 200g mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • basil
  • salt and pepper


Preparation
  1. Generously lubricate the finished base with tomato sauce.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  3. Place a layer of grated mozzarella on top or beautifully distribute cheese on the basis, sliced in thin circles.
  4. Bake no more than 10 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees.
  5. Take the pizza out of the oven, distribute the basil and send it back to the oven for a few minutes.
  6. Homemade pizza "Margarita" This is the easiest option with filling. It is usually done by any hostess the first time.


Hawaiian Pizza



American “Hawaiian pizza” is prepared with bacon, pineapple and mozzarella cheese. This type of pizza is especially popular in the western United States, as well as in Australia and Canada, but not in the Hawaiian Islands.

The ingredients
  • 50g canned pineapple
  • 100g ham
  • 50g mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • basil, oregano, salt, black ground pepper


Preparation
  1. Cover the thinly rolled base dough with tomato sauce.

Mexican Pizza



The ingredients
  • 200g ground meat (pork/beef)
  • 1/2 Bulgarian pepper
  • 1/2 hot pepper
  • 1/3 medium bulb
  • 100g hard cheese
  • 2 tbsp spicy tomato sauce
  • 10 seedless olives
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Slice the onions.
  2. Pass it in heated vegetable oil until transparent.
  3. Add mince, roast until ready, salty and peppery.
  4. Cut the peppers with thin rings.
  5. Lubricate the base dough with sauce, put mince and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Decorate with olives.

Mushroom pizza



The ingredients
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 150g ham
  • 180g mozzarella
  • 100g of any hard cheese
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tomato
  • salt and pepper


Preparation
  1. Mix ketchup, sour cream and olive oil in a bowl. Add some spices.
  2. Grease the base with the sauce.
  3. Sprinkle half a grated hard cheese.
  4. Spread half the finely sliced ham on cheese.
  5. Add a layer of champignon plates on top.
  6. Next comes a layer of remaining ham and mozzarella cubes.
  7. Put some solid cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes at maximum temperature.

Vegetable pizza



For those who do not eat meat, we offer a recipe for vegetable filling.

The ingredients
  • 50g eggplant
  • 50g sweet pepper
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 small tomato
  • 10 seedless olives
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 100g mozzarella
  • olive-oil
  • oregano, salt and pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. The highlight of the recipe is a combination of roasted and fresh vegetables. Cut it in thin slices of eggplant. Slice the onions.
  2. Roast the onions and eggplant in a pan with added oil. Sprinkle and pepper.
  3. Sweet peppers, tomatoes and olives cut with rings.
  4. Apply a layer of sauce on the base, sprinkle oregano, then grated cheese.
  5. Put fresh peppers, olives and tomatoes on top.
  6. Send for 10 minutes in an oven heated to 250 degrees.


Cheese pizza



Pizza "Four Cheese", or Pizza quattro formaggio, refers to the so-called type of white pizza (pizza Bianca), that is, it does not put traditional for most pizza tomato sauce and tomatoes.

The most important thing here is cheese, or rather their combination. The classic recipe includes 4 cheeses: soft cheese (mozzarella), hard (parmesan), fragrant spicy cheese (emmental or maasdam), blue cheese (gorgonzola, dorblu).

The ingredients
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 50g parmesan
  • 100g gorgonzola
  • 100g emmental
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano


Preparation
  1. Lubricate the base with olive oil, sprinkle oregano or other spices to your taste.
  2. Emmental and mozzarella cut with plates 5-10 mm thick. Do not rub the cheeses, otherwise they will quickly melt, mix and the combination of different cheeses will not feel so.
  3. Parmesan can be grated as it melts longer.
  4. Gorgonzola cut into large pieces, then crumble into smaller pieces.
  5. Distribute on the basis of mozzarella cut into small pieces, put crushed emmental, gorgonzola and grated parmesan on top.
  6. Warm the oven to a maximum temperature (220-250 degrees) and bake the pizza for 10 minutes.
  7. All cheese should melt as a result, and the dough should become slightly rosy.

Sea Pizza



A recipe for seafood lovers. You can limit yourself to shrimp or take a frozen mixture of "Sea cocktail".

The ingredients
  • 150g seafood
  • 100g mozzarella cheese
  • 100g hard cheese
  • 2 tbsp acute ketchup
  • 10 seedless olives
  • 1 tsp dried oregano


Preparation
  1. Boil seafood according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Grate hard cheese, cut mozzarella in thin slices. Cut the olives with rings.
  3. Lubricate the base with sauce, sprinkle with hard cheese.
  4. Put seafood, olives, oregano and mozzarella on top.
  5. No more than 15 minutes.


Pepperoni



Name Pepperoni pizza received thanks to the main ingredient - spicy pepperoni sausage. This is where the pizza is called.

The ingredients
  • 120g mozzarella
  • 1/2 hot pepper
  • 1/2 bulb (optional)
  • 50g pepperoni
  • chili
  • 2-3 tbsp spicy tomato sauce


Preparation
  1. Put on the basis of the pizza tomato sauce and smear it all over the surface.
  2. Put a layer of sliced mozzarella, followed by a layer of thin slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle the pepper.
  3. Place in the oven heated to 200 degrees, for 7 minutes.
