How to make a hearty pizza at home

Pizza is deservedly considered a masterpiece of Italian cooking, but you can enjoy the incomparable taste of this dish not only in the pizzeria.





Prepare your favorite delicacy at home under the power of even a novice cook. Especially if it is not Italian or Hawaiian, but a real homemade pizza from our collection!

It is believed that for not too experienced housewives, the biggest problem when preparing pizza is the dough. Therefore, many try to buy ready-made in the store.





We'll do it ourselves. And since dough in all recipes is the basis of pizza, here are 2 options for its preparation.

Homemade pizza dough



The ingredients
  • 580g flour
  • 400 ml of water
  • 35g fresh yeast
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar


Preparation
  1. Dilute the yeast in the water.
  2. Pour the yeast water into a bread bowl or bowl.
  3. Add vegetable oil, salt and sugar.
  4. Add flour to the bowl.
  5. Start mixing the dough.
  6. In the bakery, choose the dough mixing mode for pizza or any other yeast dough mixing mode.
  7. At first, the dough turns out to be very soft, but over time it becomes less sticky and more dense.
  8. Month dough, until it becomes smooth, then leave for fermentation for 1 hour and until the volume increases at least twice.
  9. Put the finished dough on a desktop sprinkled with flour.
  10. Divide the dough into 6 parts and roll each into a ball.
  11. Roll the ball into a flatbread and lay it on a pan covered with parchment.
  12. Send the cake to the oven, heated to 220 degrees. Bake for 5-6 minutes.
  13. During this time, the cake will be baked, but it will still be pale.
  14. Get the cake out of the oven.
  15. If you're making a pizza base piece, let it cool, wrap it in film and put it in the freezer for storage. If you decide to cook pizza right away, put a little sauce on the cake and level it all over the surface. Then lay out the filling and return the pizza to the oven until ready.



Pizza dough with delicious edge



The ingredients
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1.5 tbsp flour
  • 150 ml of warm water
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Preparation
  1. Stir in the water sugar, add yeast and put in a warm place for 10 minutes.
  2. Add salt, oil, prepared yeast to the sifted flour.
  3. Mix dough, form a spike, put in a bowl, cover with film and put it in a warm place for 1 hour (dough should increase in volume by 2 times).
  4. Then again mix, divide into 2 parts and roll circles.
  5. It remains to add filling and can be baked.

Pizza "Remarkable"



The ingredients
  • 6 sausages
  • 2 Bulgarian peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200g hard cheese
  • 2 melted cheese
  • 2–3 tbsp tomato paste
  • mayonnaise, parsley to taste


Preparation
  1. Lubricate the test blank with tomato paste or ketchup.
  2. Sprinkle onions, sprinkle on sausages, peppers, melted cheese. Apply the mayonnaise net.
  3. Put in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Then put on pizza mugs of tomatoes, sprinkle parsley and grated cheese.
  5. Bake the pizza for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve it hot. Bon appetit!


Homemade pizza



The ingredients
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 200g hard cheese
  • 150g soft cheese
  • 250g ham or smoked sausages
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 1/2 bulb
  • 3-4 tbsp ketchup
  • fresh pepper, pickles, corn to taste
  • mayonnaise
  • greenery


Preparation
  1. Lay the base for the pizza on a pan covered with baking paper.
  2. Beautifully wrap the edges of future pizza.
  3. Grease the workpiece with ketchup (mayonnaise, sauce).
  4. Cut onions with rings, mushrooms with plates, sausages with cubes, tomatoes with mugs.
  5. Put the filling in layers: sausages, mushrooms, onion rings, tomatoes, some corn, grated cheese.
  6. Bake pizza for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  7. Homemade pizza ready. Cut it into portions, decorate it with fresh greens and serve it to the table.


Village pizza



The ingredients
  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 100g green onion
  • 250g chicken fillet
  • 100g cheese
  • 1 tbsp manki
  • salt and black pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Cut the greens, mix with cottage cheese, add salt and pepper.
  2. Take the chicken fillet apart for fibers.
  3. Grind the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle a circle of dough with semolina, this is necessary so that the dough does not get soaked.
  5. Distribute cottage cheese over the surface of the dough, then fillet and hard cheese.
  6. Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees to blush crust.

Pizza "Favourite"



The ingredients
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 300g chicken ground
  • 1 large bulb
  • 2 Bulgarian peppers
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 bundle parsley
  • 200g hard cheese

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. Sweat the mince, not too fried, in the pan.
  2. Lubricate the workpiece with tomato paste, sprinkle with chopped onions, lay out mince, pieces of Bulgarian pepper, greens, salti, pepperchi.
  3. Put in the oven heated to 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Put on pizza pieces of brynza, mugs of tomatoes, sprinkle everything with grated hard cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.

Pepperoni Pizza



The ingredients
  • 200g smoked sausage
  • 250g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can of tomatoes in its own juice
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • dried basil, salt, sugar to taste


Sauce ingredients
  • 500g tomatoes
  • 1 red bulb
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • basil and oregano to taste
  • olive-oil


Preparation
  1. Make the sauce. To do this, pour tomatoes for 15 minutes with boiling water. Then peel them off. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Roast for 3 minutes in olive oil. Add tomatoes to the onions and garlic. Carcases on medium heat until the liquid evaporates. Add some spices.

  2. Cut the sausage with thin mugs and the mozzarella with plates.
  3. Shift the pizza blank onto a pan sprinkled with flour. Smear it with cooked sauce.
  4. Put out the mozzarella and the sausage. Bake 25 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
