How to prepare pasta with meat and vegetables

Preparation
  1. Cut carrots, onions with semi-rings, tomatoes with slices, beef with cubes with a side of 3-4 centimeters.


  2. Warm up the cast-iron pot on fire. Send meat into it and roast it to the rosy crust.


  3. Add the onion and roast it along with the meat until golden.
  4. Send carrots to Kazan and wait until it is soft.


  5. Add the tomatoes. Fry for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add all the spices except garlic, his turn will come later.

  6. Cover the lid and carcasses, stirring periodically, for about an hour. If the moisture has evaporated and the meat begins to burn - add water. In the process of stewing, add crushed greens.
  7. Open the lid and remove the pepper, he's done his job and won't be needed again.
  8. Pour pasta into the pot and level the whole area. If necessary, add boiling water. The liquid should cover the pasta in half. By the way, if dry pasta is pre-fried in a dry pan, it will be even more delicious.


  9. Cover the pot with a lid, make a medium fire, then stir and try for readiness. If pasta is hard, then let them stew under the lid for another 5-10 minutes. Before the final, squeeze the garlic into the dish. It is not necessary to overheat it, because it loses its taste.
