Carrot Soup Ingredients
- chicken (for broth)
- 1kg carrots
- 2 bulbs
- 50g parsley
- 7cm ginger root
- garlic
- olive-oil
- salt, pepper and spices to taste
Preparation
- First you need to cook chicken broth. I usually take a whole chicken, and then I separate what goes into the broth and what goes into other dishes. Pour the chicken with water, add pepper with peas, bay leaf and put it on the fire. It takes about an hour and a half to cook.

- While the broth is brewing, prepare the other ingredients. Slice the carrots, the onions and the ginger. When the broth is boiled, strain it. We don't need anything on the sieve. Put the carrots in the broth and let them cook.

- In the meantime, make a garlic dressing. Cut parsley and garlic and carcasses in olive oil for 10 minutes. After grinding in a blender and adding some more olive oil, salti.
