White bean soup recipe

White Bean Soup Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp white beans
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 2.5 tables of water
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper

  1. First a few words about the ingredients, and then move on to the recipe. Firstly, any beans will do, but it is better to take white, then the color and consistency of the soup will be more pleasant. Secondly, you can cook soup not only on water, but also on broth. Now for the recipe.

  2. Before cooking, the beans are best soaked overnight so that it swells. After the water drain, put the beans in a pan, add water, a sprig of rosemary, bay leaf and boil until the beans are soft (30–40 minutes).

  3. While the beans are cooked, chop the onions, crush the peeled cloves of garlic and roast them in vegetable oil until golden. Then add the garlic and onions to the pan.

  4. After the beans are cooked, remove the rosemary and bay leaf, salti and pepperi soup, and then grind with a blender.
