My grandfather loved to cook. My grandmother didn’t like to let me in the kitchen. And yet there was one exception to the rule!

Roll of lavash, cottage cheese and poppy Grandpa always cooked! It was our favorite snack for tea.

Lavash with curd and poppy stuffing I will forever remember my grandfather. I hope you enjoy this snack too!

The ingredients
  • 2 leaves of lavash
  • 300g cottage cheese
  • 100g poppy
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g sugar






Preparation
  1. First you need to prepare the poppy. To do this, pour it with boiling water for a few minutes.



  2. Now let's do the stuffing. In cottage cheese add soft poppy, sugar, one egg and the white of the second egg. You can punch the mixture with a blender, or you can stir it well with a fork.



  3. Thin layer distribute the filling on the lavash and roll it into a roll. Do the same with the second lavash.



  4. Grease the rolls on top with yolk and send them to the oven.
